BTC is a licensed CALIFORNIA general contractor, specializing in multi-family reconstruction, residential and commercial remodel. Located in Livermore, CA, we are family owned and operated serving the Greater Bay Area for the past 14 years.
In 2008, industry veteran CEO/President Bob Tedrick set out to create a company with a foundation built on the principles of honesty, integrity, quality and service. With support and partnership from his son Vice President Rob Tedrick, they have spent the past 15 years serving the HOA & Apartment communities throughout the Greater Bay Area. Now diversifying to also serve the direct needs of families in the community, the team utilizes Bob’s 45 years of diverse experience to expand into a new residential and commercial remodel division — continuing to offer services to Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco CountIES AND BEYOND.
